MEDITATION, discover a life of harmony, balance, joy and peace, regardless of external circumstances

As wisdom cultures know and science is now proving, meditation deeply relaxes the mind and body while replenishing and restoring energy at the same time.

With a regular practice meditation immensely enhances the quality of one’s life and wellbeing in so many ways.

What are the benefits

The benefits of meditation are far reaching physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The body and mind want to return to a state of neutral balance and meditation is one way of being able to achieve this…like pushing a refresh button… meditation gives the us the sense of feeling refreshed and revitalised. With regular practice, the expansive awareness you experience during meditation begins to permeate your life outside of your meditation sessions. You might experience flashes of elation and notice feelings of well-being sweeping over you at unexpected moments.

I believe it’s a good idea to know your “WHY” before doing something. It helps give meaning and keep you committed to yourself and your purpose. The mind body connection between stress and disease or illness is apparent and science is proving the many benefits of meditation to our health and wellbeing.

The benefits are numerous and well documented - you may want to do some of your own research. I’ve put some of the benefits here for you to look through.

Meditation is good for your relationships

Paradoxically, while meditation helps us tune in and turn inward to our true essence, it also helps us detach from our own egos to connect with others in more meaningful ways. Couples counsellors have found when they assign their clients meditation, the couples become less angry, more self-reflective, and more loving. When we become aware of our interconnection with other beings, we are able to shift our perspectives, see our worries in a different light or more resourceful way, and embrace gratitude. In addition to enhancing your relationships with the people around you, meditation also helps us grow and deepen our relationship with ourselves, personally and spiritually.

Personally, my life has been and continues to be enhanced by my meditation practice on so many levels. In stressful times meditation has been my “Saving Grace.” I know the wonderful effect meditation has had in my life and therefore this is a great motivation for me to share this simple and profoundly beneficial practice with others.

I offer a safe, supportive, nurturing environment to experience and practice Mindfulness Meditation and Guided Visualisation Meditations for enhanced levels of wellbeing.
